Job Description:
DonatePune.com is looking for an enthusiastic and growth-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our community network, build partnerships, and create new opportunities for collaboration.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential partners, connecting with NGOs, donors, volunteers, and community organizations, and developing meaningful relationships that support the growth of DonatePune.com’s mission.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential donors, NGOs, volunteers, and community partners
- Generate new business and partnership opportunities
- Promote DonatePune.com initiatives and community programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with organizations and individuals
- Conduct outreach through calls, meetings, messages, and networking activities
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into successful collaborations
- Understand partner requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns
- Maintain records of business interactions, leads, and partnerships
- Support marketing campaigns and community growth activities
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Marathi/Hindi/English preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Confident in speaking with clients, partners, and organizations
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development
- Positive attitude with a self-driven approach
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
