Ltd. is a Gujarat-based speciality chemical manufacturer specializing in Unsaturated Polyester Resins (UPR), Vinyl Ester Resins, and Water Soluble Polyester Resins for industrial and composite applications. Since 2012, we have been serving industries such as FRP, Construction, Marine, Automotive, Electrical, Textile, Paper, Chemical Processing, and Renewable Energy with innovative resin solutions.
We are looking for an energetic Area Sales Executive to expand our presence in the Junagadh region. While the role is in the resin and speciality chemical manufacturing industry, we are specifically seeking candidates with FMCG field sales experience, as they possess strong territory management, dealer handling, and market development skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to retailers, dealers, distributors, and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate prices, prepare quotations, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and timely deliveries.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Candidate RequirementsEducation
Experience
- 2–4 years of total sales experience.
- Minimum 1 year of FMCG field sales experience is mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.55 - ₹35,000.06 per month
