Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor – Da Vinci to oversee production activities, machine operations, manpower management, and quality compliance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, achieving production targets, minimizing downtime, and maintaining product quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Operate and monitor Da Vinci production machines and related equipment.
- Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and process control.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Production Planning teams.
- Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, and manpower productivity.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Identify process issues and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily reports.
- Train and guide operators on machine operation and production procedures.
- Minimize production downtime, wastage, and rejections.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing production operations.
- Hands-on experience working on Da Vinci machines or similar automated manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality systems.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot production-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
