Position Summary
The Client Experience Concierge / Patient Journey Lead is the frontline ambassador of the Three 5 Reviv experience. This role is responsible for ensuring every client feels welcomed, guided, and personally cared for throughout their time at the clinic.
The position oversees the end-to-end client journey personally escorting clients across optimization stations while ensuring clarity, comfort, and continuity at every step. Acting as a central coordination point between clients, clinicians, and internal teams, this role blends hospitality excellence with healthcare operations to deliver a calm, seamless, and highly personalized experience reflective of Three 5 Reviv’s premium standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary point of contact and personal escort for clients during their clinic visits
● Guide clients smoothly through assessments, consultations, diagnostics, and optimization sessions
● Coordinate schedules, appointments, and care flow across clinical and operational teams
● Ensure a seamless, discreet, and reassuring client experience at all touchpoints
● Support clinicians by managing care flow, timing, and basic administrative coordination
● Educate clients on services, programs, and next steps in their care journey
● Proactively address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
● Maintain accurate documentation while upholding confidentiality and quality standards
● Collaborate closely with front desk, clinical, and operations teams to ensure service excellence
Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
(Healthcare, Hospitality, Psychology, Business, or related fields preferred)
● 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, healthcare services, luxury client handling, or patient coordination roles
● Strong service orientation with a polished, client-first mindset
● Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
● High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple client touchpoints smoothly
● Comfort working in a premium, high-expectation clinical environment
● Familiarity with digital systems, CRM tools, or scheduling platforms is an advantage
