Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Gold Loan Sales Officer to promote gold loan products, acquire customers, and achieve business targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to generate leads for gold loan business.
- Identify and acquire new customers through market visits, references, and local networking.
- Explain gold loan products, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with branch staff for loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure proper KYC and documentation as per company guidelines.
- Conduct customer follow-ups for renewals, top-ups, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the area.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
- Knowledge of local language is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹165,329.58 - ₹320,000.00 per year
