We’re looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Executive who can help grow our client base, build strong relationships, and represent the agency with professionalism and passion.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the agency’s growth pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, understands digital marketing basics, and is eager to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads/opportunities
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, exhibitions and other networking channels
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant digital marketing solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations
- Maintain and update CRM/lead-tracking systems
- Build lasting relationships and ensure strong follow-ups
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Support the founder/team during client meetings and onboarding
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (digital markeing agency experience preferred )
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and explain digital marketing services
- Confidence in approaching clients and managing conversations
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
- Good at networking and developing business relationships
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, performance ads, branding, etc.
- Experience with CRM tools or sales automation platforms

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
