Location : Gurugram, India
Your role :
- Supervise the automated process of verification, ensuring timely flow of data.
- Liaison with individuals across various entities and collecting information electronically.
- Written & verbal communication with Client coordinator for clarifications and updates.
- Provide regular updates to management on customer status and action plans, needs and feedback to ensure product development and service delivery stay in tune with customer needs.
- Maintain tracker of own performance.
Requirement :
- Fresher to 2 years of experience
- Good command over English
- Confidence and decision making skills
- Trustworthy
- Self driven
