Location : Gurugram, India
Your role :
Supervise the automated process of verification, ensuring timely flow of data.
Liaison with individuals across various entities and collecting information electronically.
Written & verbal communication with Client coordinator for clarifications and updates.
Provide regular updates to management on customer status and action plans, needs and feedback to ensure product development and service delivery stay in tune with customer needs.
Maintain tracker of own performance.
Requirement :
Fresher to 2 years of experience
Good command over English
Confidence and decision making skills
