Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track opportunities on GeM, MahaTender, CPPP and other procurement portals.
- Analyse tender eligibility, specifications, BOQ, commercial terms, EMD, PBG and timelines.
- Prepare Go/No-Go reports and identify risks and compliance requirements.
- Compile technical and commercial bids, compliance statements and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, vendors and consultants for required inputs.
- Manage online submissions, corrigendums, clarifications and acknowledgements.
- Track post-tender status, clarifications, evaluations and results.
- Prepare weekly Tender MIS and maintain centralized company and OEM document databases.
- Improve tender checklists and documentation processes.
Candidate RequirementsEducation
Graduate in any discipline. Engineering, Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain or Project Management qualifications are preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant government and institutional tendering experience.
- Experience with medium and large-value tenders.
- Turnkey, engineering, infrastructure, MEP, commercial kitchen, healthcare or institutional project experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate must have independently managed the complete tendering cycle, from opportunity identification and document analysis to bid preparation and online submission.
Candidates with only data-entry or document-uploading experience will not be considered.
Compensation
Salary: ₹3.50 Lakhs to ₹10.0 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience and capability.
Performance incentives may be offered as per company policy.
Probation
The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month probation period and will be expected to:
- Establish a Tender Tracker
- Organize tender documents
- Analyse relevant tenders
- Prepare Go/No-Go reports
- Coordinate required documentation
- Submit accurate bids within deadlines
