Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to support our Insurance Process team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, generating leads, explaining insurance products, and coordinating follow-ups to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for insurance products.
- Explain policy features and assist customers with basic queries.
- Schedule follow-ups and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Prior experience in the Insurance/BFSI domain is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
