Job Description: Inside Sales Executive (US Calling)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office during training; Remote thereafter)
Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (US Shift)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Role Overview:We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive (US Calling) with prior experience in international calling and a strong understanding of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to US clients for lead generation and sales
Identify potential customers and schedule meetings/demo calls
Promote and position SaaS-based solutions to prospective clients
Maintain and update leads in CRM
Follow up with prospects and drive conversions
Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets
Required Skills:Minimum 1 year experience in international/US calling (Mandatory)
Excellent communication skills (English – verbal & written)
Basic understanding of Inside Sales / Lead Generation
Exposure to SaaS products (Preferred)
Comfortable working in US shift (6 PM – 2 AM)
Target-driven and self-motivated
Work Model:Initial Training: Work from Office (Bangalore)
Post Training: Remote working (based on performance)
