Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, professional networks (like LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals to find suitable candidates for various NBFC roles.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews and screen resumes to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Hiring Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including coordinating interviews, providing feedback, and ensuring efficient candidate progression.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs within the NBFC.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop appropriate job descriptions.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Coordinate with HR teams to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process for new hires.
- Reporting: Maintain recruitment metrics and track hiring progress through MIS reports and hiring trackers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, including the specifics of Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various sourcing tools, HR processes, and basic proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required, with a Master's degree being a plus.
