Duties & Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Onboarding: Manage the documentation process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the team.
- Database Management: Maintain and update employee records within our internal systems with high accuracy.
- Operational Support: Assist in workflow optimization and cross-functional team alignment projects.
- Policy Compliance: Help communicate and implement office policies and HR procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree .
- Equipment: Have a personal laptop in good working condition for daily tasks.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for data tracking) and strong email etiquette.
- Attributes: High level of integrity, punctuality, and a willingness to handle confidential information.
Work Schedule
- Mon-Fri: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Sat: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Salary & Compensation
Pay Range: ₹10,000– ₹15,000 per month
(Exact salary is commensurate with experience, internships, and skill set evaluation during the interview process.)
