Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into leads or sales.
- Maintain customer databases and follow up with interested clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Provide accurate information to customers and resolve their queries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead management and updates.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good listening and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
