*Hiring: External Member for Internal Committee (IC) under POSH Act*
We are seeking a qualified and experienced External Member to join our Internal Committee (IC) constituted under the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act).
*Role & Responsibilities*:
- Participate in IC meetings and inquiries related to POSH complaints.
- Provide independent, unbiased guidance during complaint redressal proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with the POSH Act and principles of natural justice.
- Assist in awareness and sensitization initiatives, where required.
*Eligibility Criteria*
- Experience in social work, women's rights, legal advocacy, counseling, HR, labor relations, or related fields.
- Sound knowledge of the POSH Act, 2013 and workplace ethics.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience serving as an External Member on an IC will be preferred.
