We are looking for a proactive and organized Receptionist / Front Desk Executive who can be the face of our organization and ensure smooth front-office operations.
Role Overview
We are seeking a confident, solution-oriented, and highly organized professional who can effectively manage front desk responsibilities while acting as a communication bridge between clients, visitors, vendors, site teams, and internal departments.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple tasks, resolving day-to-day operational issues, managing office administration, and creating a positive first impression for everyone interacting with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, channel partners, and business associates professionally
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries efficiently
- Act as a point of coordination between clients, visitors, management, and internal teams
- Handle visitor records, meeting room coordination, and office administration tasks
- Maintain and manage office keys, access records, and administrative registers
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for management and departments
- Assist in resolving day-to-day office and visitor-related concerns professionally
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and support staff when required
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and front office reports
- Ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment at all times
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Coordinator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently and professionally
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or service industries will be an advantage
