About the Organization
We are a mission-driven NGO committed to creating meaningful social impact through various empowerment, livelihood, and community development initiatives. To expand our reach and strengthen our programs, we are looking for a dynamic B2B & B2C Sales Executive – Fundraising who can actively contribute to generating revenue and building strong partnerships with individuals, corporates, and institutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social impact and has strong sales, relationship-building, and communication skills. The candidate will play a key role in fundraising, CSR partnerships, donor engagement, and revenue generation to support the organization’s projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. Fundraising & Revenue Generation
- Identify and approach potential individual donors, corporate partners, and institutions for fundraising opportunities.
- Generate revenue through B2B and B2C outreach for various NGO initiatives and social programs.
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
- Present the NGO’s projects and impact stories to potential donors and partners.
2. Corporate Partnerships & CSR Engagement
- Identify and connect with corporate organizations for CSR partnerships and collaborations.
- Build long-term relationships with corporates for CSR funding, sponsorships, and partnership programs.
- Coordinate with corporate CSR teams to align NGO projects with their CSR objectives.
- Support the development of CSR proposals, presentations, and partnership opportunities.
3. B2B & B2C Sales Activities
- Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations with potential donors, businesses, and community stakeholders.
- Promote NGO programs and initiatives to individuals, groups, and corporate entities.
- Convert leads into funding opportunities and partnerships.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective donors and partners.
4. Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Provide regular updates and communication regarding the impact of donations and funded projects.
- Ensure high levels of donor engagement and retention.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Track and report fundraising performance and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, meetings, and contributions.
- Prepare periodic reports on fundraising activities and partnership development.
6. Event & Campaign Support
- Support and participate in fundraising events, awareness campaigns, and donor engagement programs.
- Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Work, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Fundraising, Business Development, or CSR partnerships.
- Experience working with NGOs, social enterprises, or fundraising initiatives will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with field work and client meetings.
- Ability to build relationships with corporate partners and individual donors.
