1. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts or regions.
- Drive B2B/B2C sales (depending on the model) through cold calling, email outreach, or field visits.
- Negotiate and close deals with new clients or partners.
2. Client & Account Management
- Build long-term relationships with key clients or sellers to maximize repeat business.
- Manage onboarding, training, and performance of sellers or partners (if applicable).
- Resolve client queries and ensure high satisfaction.
3. Market Research & Business Intelligence
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities and suggest improvements in offerings or pricing strategies.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, funnel health, and key metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, logistics, product) to ensure smooth delivery and client servicing.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, SaaS, or B2B domains.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Data-driven with good analytical and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel
