About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to manage and drive the sales cycle for Camera Ready Art — a creative platform offering professional art and design solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for camerareadyart.com — from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Understand client needs and present relevant solutions from the Camera Ready Art portfolio
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal status in CRM
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge
What We Are Looking For
- 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Basic understanding of the sales cycle and sales processes — from prospecting to closure
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written; ability to articulate value clearly and confidently in English
- Comfortable working US shift hours — 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
- Adaptive mindset — willingness to learn, unlearn, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and basic MS Office / Google Sheets
- Interest in creative, design, or digital product industries is a plus
Good to Have
- Prior experience working in a US shift or international client-facing role
- Exposure to B2B or B2C sales in a creative, media, or SaaS environment
- Familiarity with outreach tools — email automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or e-commerce
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
