Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
- Store products according to warehouse standards and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock verification.
- Ensure accurate documentation of inward and outward movements.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Quality, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Handle loading and unloading of materials safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Ensure proper storage of medical products to prevent damage or contamination.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality procedures.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Operate barcode scanners and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (preferred).
- Report damaged, expired, or non-conforming materials to the Quality team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices.
Working Conditions
- Work in a warehouse environment handling healthcare and medical disposable products.
- Ability to lift and move cartons/materials when required.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak business periods.
