Job Purpose
Achieve business volumes in wholesale and retail for the respective zone. Manage multiple verticals, ensure profitability, and drive overall strategy while maintaining customer retention and service excellence.

Build and maintain relationships with DSA, DDSA, branch banking teams, and regional OEM offices.
Ensure inventory coverage at major dealerships.
Achieve 20% retail conversions from dealerships using inventory limits.
Conduct monthly reviews with collections to control cheque bouncing and early delinquency.
Manage overall portfolio health.
Maintain benchmark productivity for the zone.
Human Resource
Motivate and train the team for higher challenges.
