ISCOOT Motors India LLP is a growing electric vehicle manufacturing company committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant who can efficiently manage accounts, inventory records, spare parts management, and day-to-day financial transactions.
Job Responsibilities:- Accounting & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, purchase entries, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and customers regarding financial matters.
Inventory & Spare Parts Management:-
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
- Record inward and outward movement of spare parts.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for inventory updates.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
Dispatch & Delivery Management:-
- Coordinate delivery and dispatch of spare parts to dealers and customers.
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
- Track shipments and maintain dispatch records.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Administrative Support:-
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial and inventory records.
- Support management with reports related to inventory, sales, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounting, Inventory Management, or Store Operations.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Experience in inventory management and spare parts handling will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:-
- Experience in manufacturing, automobile, EV, or spare parts industry.
- Familiarity with dispatch and logistics coordination.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
