we are looking for a creative and detail - oriented interior Designer /Architect who can handle both designer and execution of projects . The candidate should be passionate about
function coordinating with clients, vendors, and site teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create interior design concepts and space planning layouts .
- Prepare 2D drawing , working ,and 3D visualization .
- Develop presentations and design proposals for clients .
- Coordinate with vendors , contractors , and site teams
- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution .
- Ensure projects are completed within timeline and quality standards .
- Manage project documentation and material selection
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in interior Design or Architecture .
- 2 -3 Year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Auto CAD , sketch Up , V- Ray , Lumion, or similar design software.
- Strong project management and communication skills .
- Knowledge of materials , furniture and interior finishes .
PREFRRED SKILLS
- Creative thinking and problem - solving .
- Client handling and presentation skills.
- Site supervision experience.
