Job Summary
We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues, and ensure smooth cloud operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, system monitoring, and incident management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure and services
- Troubleshoot cloud, server, and networking issues
- Provide technical support for cloud-based applications and systems
- Manage user access, permissions, and cloud resources
- Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance activities
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security
- Work with DevOps and development teams to resolve production issues
- Maintain documentation for incidents, processes, and solutions
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and system upgrades
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in cloud support or system administration
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of Linux/Windows servers and networking concepts
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
- Knowledge of troubleshooting, incident handling, and ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of virtualization and cloud security
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Bash
- Cloud certification is a plus
- Experience with DevOps tools and automation
