Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend developers.
Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using React.js,
Next.js, and TypeScript.
Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams.
Drive end-to-end frontend development and resolve complex technical challenges.
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and responsive design.
Mentor team members and contribute to technical hiring and team growth.
Required Skills:
10+ years of frontend development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Excellent team handling and technical leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of frontend architecture, JavaScript, REST APIs, and state
management.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS is an advantage.
Prior experience in BFSI, FinTech, Banking, Trading, Insurance, or Financial Services
is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
