Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, building strong talent pipelines, operations, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements by collaborating with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Ability to assess candidates based on role requirements and organizational culture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Digital Media, Marketing, Creative or Startup environments is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
