Job Title: Senior Instructional Designer / Instructional Designer (US K-12 & CTE)

We are looking for experienced Instructional Designers and Senior Instructional Designers with strong expertise in the US K-12 education system and storyboard scripting for digital learning solutions.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 6–10+ years of instructional design experience.
- Hands-on experience in US K-12 education, particularly for middle and high school learners.
- Strong storyboard scripting and e-learning development experience.
- Experience in Career and Technical Education (CTE) or vocational training content.
- Knowledge of instructional models such as 5E, UDL, and the Gradual Release of Responsibility.
- Ability to align content with US state standards and frameworks such as TEKS.
- Experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of assessments, learner engagement, and accessibility standards.
Candidates with proven experience in both US K-12 instructional design and storyboard development will be preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
