ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a HR Manager who will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant HR processes across the organisation.
This person will manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle actions, documentation, HRIS, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives.

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, role changes, and exits.

Handle onboarding activities including documentation, orientation, systems setup, ID creation, welcome kits, and probation tracking.

Manage employee confirmations, transfers, leave records, and separation formalities including exit interviews and full & final coordination.

Maintain complete employee files, contracts, and HR documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.

Work closely with the payroll team to ensure timely salary inputs, attendance records, deductions, reimbursements, and payroll accuracy.

Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, and other applicable labor law requirements.

Ensure timely compliance documentation, filings, and audit readiness.

Support implementation and adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and company processes.

Maintain and regularly update employee information on HRMS/Keka.

Manage attendance systems, biometric updates, and leave management records.

Generate and maintain monthly HR dashboards and reports including attrition, attendance, hiring status, probation, confirmations, and engagement metrics.

Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.

Coordinate PMS cycles including goal setting, review tracking, feedback collection, and appraisal documentation.

Support managers and employees throughout the performance review process.

Coordinate learning and development initiatives, training calendars, participation tracking, and feedback collection.

Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, surveys, feedback initiatives, and internal HR communication.

Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timely grievance redressal.

Foster a positive employee experience and support culture-building initiatives across teams.

Coordinate interviews, candidate scheduling, and hiring workflows.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Support documentation and onboarding formalities for new hires and internal movements.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

5+ years of experience in core HR Operations

Strong understanding of onboarding, documentation, HRMS, and payroll coordination.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS platforms, and documentation processes.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

High ownership, attention to detail, and a people-first mindset.
