Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Head to own and drive all marketing initiatives at Nuvora Stays. This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who is strategic, creative, and execution-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and bookings
- Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Run digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, SEO, email marketing)
- Build partnerships with travel influencers, agencies, and corporate clients
- Oversee content creation including photography, reels, and blogs
- Track and analyze marketing metrics and optimize accordingly
- Collaborate closely with the founder and operations team
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing (hospitality, travel, or real estate preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Creative mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Based in Hyderabad
