Role Overview:
We are looking for a Structure Architect responsible for overseeing and coordinating the structural aspects of building projects, ensuring that the structural design, architectural requirements, drawings, and site execution are properly aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate building structural designs, plans, and drawings with architectural requirements.
- Ensure proper integration of RCC, structural steel, foundation, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, and other structural elements with the architectural design.
- Coordinate with Structural Consultants, Architects, MEP Consultants, and Site Teams.
- Review structural drawings and identify design conflicts, discrepancies, and constructability issues.
- Ensure structural solutions are practical, safe, cost-effective, and suitable for site execution.
- Coordinate structural changes/modifications during the construction stage.
- Review GA drawings, structural detailing, reinforcement drawings, and shop drawings.
- Visit project sites to monitor structural work and resolve technical issues in coordination with the execution team.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes, NBC, project specifications, and structural design standards.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors for timely resolution of structural and architectural coordination issues.
- Support the project team in planning, design coordination, approvals, and execution.
Mandatory Qualifications
- B.Arch / B.Tech / M.Arch / M.Tech in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of building structures and architectural coordination.
- Experience in high-rise residential / commercial building projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of RCC structures, structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and construction methodology.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit Structure / BIM will be an advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to understand structural drawings and coordinate between design and execution teams.
Preferred Experience: Experience with high-rise buildings, residential towers, basements, podiums, and large-scale construction projects.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
