Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce.
- Assist in project planning and execution.
- Monitor construction work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Check materials and ensure proper usage on-site.
- Assist in quantity estimation and measurement.
- Report technical issues to senior engineers/project managers.
- Maintain records of work progress and site inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Basic understanding of construction methods and site management.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel if required.
