Role Overview:
This role requires a strong academic leader who can manage multi-center academic operations, enhance training quality, and align curriculum with current industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage academic operations across centers
- Drive curriculum development aligned with industry trends
- Monitor and improve faculty performance and training quality
- Conduct trainer skill mapping and implement structured TTT programs
- Ensure academic delivery meets defined quality benchmarks
- Support placements by aligning training with industry requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and industry professionals
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in Academic Management / Education Operations
- Strong background in Animation / VFX / Media Education
- Proven experience in handling teams and multiple centers
- Strong understanding of curriculum design and training delivery
- Ability to improve processes and drive measurable outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
