Job Responsibilities – Mathematics Faculty (IIT-JEE)
* Teach Mathematics to students preparing for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced).
* Plan and deliver engaging classroom lectures as per the academic schedule.
* Explain concepts clearly, from fundamentals to advanced problem-solving techniques.
* Prepare study materials, assignments, worksheets, and mock tests.
* Conduct regular quizzes, chapter tests, and full-length examinations.
* Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback to students.
* Analyze student performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Mentor students individually to strengthen weak concepts and improve confidence.
* Resolve students’ academic doubts during and after class.
* Follow the institute’s curriculum and complete the syllabus on time.
* Use innovative teaching methods to improve conceptual understanding and speed.
* Guide students on exam strategy, time management, and question selection.
* Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and parent-teacher meetings.
* Maintain discipline, attendance, and academic records.
* Continuously update knowledge with the latest IIT-JEE syllabus, exam patterns, and previous years’ questions.
