Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller Sales Executive to generate leads, handle customer calls, explain products/services, and convert inquiries into sales. The candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills with a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services and offers clearly.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections and resolve customer queries.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Prepare daily call reports and feedback updates.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Convincing and negotiation ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
- Active listening and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and confidence over phone calls.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
