Job Description
We are hiring an Oracle Transition Manager to lead the end-to-end transition of Oracle EBS, Fusion, Integration, and PaaS services into an AMS delivery model.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in transition planning, governance, KT, reverse shadowing, service readiness, risk management, stakeholder coordination, multi-vendor delivery, and post-transition stabilisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead transition planning, execution, governance, and stabilisation.
- Build transition plans, milestones, governance models, and risk registers.
- Coordinate KT, shadowing, reverse shadowing, and handover activities.
- Ensure readiness of people, process, tools, documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
- Coordinate with incumbent vendors, client stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and timeline adherence.
- Ensure seamless handover into AMS L2/L3 support.
- Support early-life support and post-transition stabilisation.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of IT service, application transition, or service-transition experience.
- Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion transition experience.
- AMS L2/L3 delivery model experience.
- Transition planning, governance, and execution.
- Knowledge transfer and reverse-shadowing management.
- Service readiness assessment.
- Risk, issue, dependency, and multi-vendor management.
- ITIL or service-transition methodology.
- Strong stakeholder communication and reporting.
Pay: ₹50,149.33 - ₹127,949.26 per month
