Role: Technician OT
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
What You?ll Do:
- Ensure equipment and supplies readiness before every procedure
- Assist anaesthesiologist by providing instruments and equipment using aseptic or sterile technique with non invasive and invasive patient procedures including peripheral and/or central intravenous and / or arterial line placement, airway management techniques including mask, endotracheal and/or emergency methods and regional anaesthesia techniques.
- Ensure cleanliness of all the instrument and equipment related to the conduct of anaesthesia and proper upkeep of all equipment
- Ensure supplies and equipment as requested by anaesthesiologists.
- Adherence to quality and safety standards as per SOP
- Orientation of new members and nursing staff
- Supervise and provide technical support to junior team members
- Understanding of anaesthesia terminologies and procedures.
- Ability to provide doctors with technical inputs and observations

- Diploma in Operation Theatre
- Basic computer operations (Typing, Email, MS-office usage)
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
