About the Role
Gravton Motors is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking ITI candidates to join our manufacturing and operations team as Technician Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to build a career in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI with minimum 50% aggregate
Trades In ITI
- Fitter
- Welder
- Electrician
- Diesel Mechanic
Other Information
- Age: 18 years above
- Languages Known: Telugu
Key Responsibilities
- Follow safe work procedures and use PPE as required.
- Perform equipment maintenance and operational activities.
- Carry out electrical and mechanical repair activities.
- Support preventive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify hazards.
- Execute daily routine activities, cleaning, and scrap handling.
- Attend and report equipment breakdowns.
- Participate in TPM and Kaizen initiatives.
- Support electrical wiring and lighting maintenance activities.
- Maintain records, reports, and Excel-based data entries.
- Assist other departments when required.
- Handle tools and support store management activities.
- Follow instructions, documentation, and workplace standards.
- Maintain job timing adherence and workplace discipline.
Skills Required
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
- Physically and mentally fit
