QUALIFICATION
- Postgraduate (PG) degree mandatory
- 3 to 5 years of experience in academic administration, course management, training coordination, curriculum development, or educational program management.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Manage end-to-end academic course operations
- Develop and review course modules, academic content, and learning materials
- Coordinate trainer/faculty identification, hiring, onboarding, and capability development
- Plan and oversee training sessions, workshops, and academic schedules
- Ensure smooth session coordination between trainers, learners, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain academic quality standards and continuous course improvement
- Support research and content enhancement initiatives.
Responsibility Span
- Management of LMS-based learning programs
- Coordination and administration of offline training and academic courses
- Monitoring learner engagement, course delivery, and completion standards
- Ensuring consistency in academic processes across online and offline learning environments
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
