Job Role : Manager – Sales & Business Development Executive – Freight Forwarding and Logistics
Job Summary :We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive with a sound understanding of sales principles, international trade, import-export procedures, and freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, client relationship management, and business development skills to contribute to the growth of the organization.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential business opportunities by sourcing prospective clients through various channels, including online platforms, industry databases, referrals, and networking activities.
- Schedule appointments with prospective clients and coordinate meetings for self and senior management to explore business opportunities.
- Conduct client visits and presentations to understand customer requirements and promote the company's logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service offerings to clients under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers to convert leads into business and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of services and timely resolution of client concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Conduct post-sales follow-up to measure customer satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for additional business.
- Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing channels to promote company services, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, business opportunities, quotations, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of Import-Export procedures, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, and Supply Chain operations.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital lead generation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Experience
- 3 -10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, Import-Export, or related industries.
- Strong communication skills and a keen interest in logistics sales may also apply.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday- 10 AM to 6PM and Saturday:10AM to 2PM
