Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce OMS Tech Lead to lead the end-to-end technical design, development, integration, and implementation of Salesforce Order Management (OMS) solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, at least 2 years of Salesforce OMS experience, and mandatory experience in the eCommerce domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce OMS solutions.
- Design and implement order lifecycle management, order orchestration, fulfillment workflows, inventory visibility, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Work with ATP (Available to Promise) and ATO (Available to Order) concepts.
- Integrate Salesforce OMS with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/B2B) and external eCommerce platforms.
- Design and implement integrations with:
- Payment Gateways
- ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Logistics and Shipping providers
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, solutions, and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, and development teams.
- Drive Salesforce technical architecture and ensure adherence to Salesforce platform best practices.
- Implement CI/CD and DevOps processes using tools such as Jenkins.
- Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
- Design and execute complex data migration activities.
- Develop, test, troubleshoot, and document custom Salesforce development and integrations.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of project experience in a hands-on technical leadership position.
- 4+ years of Salesforce Platform development experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce OMS experience.
- Mandatory: Experience in the eCommerce domain.

- Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development and platform best practices.
- Experience with data migration, testing, deployment, and technical documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating Salesforce OMS with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, WMS, payment gateways, logistics, and shipping systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical teams and work independently on complex OMS implementations.
