Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Associate with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, assist in employee engagement activities, and handle key HR administrative tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups).
* Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Support payroll processing and leave management.
* Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
* Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
* Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* Generate HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR-related functions.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
* Good understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and HR software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
