About the Role
We are looking for a Sourcing Executive to join our real estate team in Mulund, Mumbai. The role will be primarily focused on field-based property sourcing, Channel Partner (CP) networking, lead generation, and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and property associates.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate sourcing and be comfortable with regular field visits and networking activities.
Important: This is strictly a Real Estate Sourcing profile. Candidates from Purchase Executive / Purchase-related profiles will not be considered.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Experience in handling Channel Partners, brokers, and property associates will be preferred.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Willingness to work extensively in a field-based role.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with new Channel Partners, brokers, and property associates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing CPs and brokers.
- Generate quality property leads through field sourcing and CP networks.
- Regularly visit the market to identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Collect and maintain accurate property and lead information.
- Coordinate with Channel Partners regarding project details, inventory, and requirements.
- Follow up with CPs and brokers for regular lead generation.
- Maintain daily sourcing reports and records.
- Achieve monthly sourcing targets assigned by management.
- Stay updated with local market developments, new projects, inventory, and competitor activities.
- Participate in CP meetings, networking activities, and promotional events as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
