Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and skilled Fast Food Cook for our café who can prepare quality fast food items quickly while maintaining hygiene, taste, and presentation standards. The candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and ensure customer satisfaction through timely food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook fast food items such as burgers, sandwiches, fries, rolls, pasta, pizza, snacks, beverages, etc.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area as per food safety standards.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and properly.
- Check freshness of ingredients and maintain stock properly.
- Assist in inventory control and daily kitchen preparation.
- Follow café recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure timely order preparation and service during rush hours.
- Coordinate with café staff for smooth operations.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
- Experience in café, restaurant, or fast food kitchen preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of food safety standards.
Experience:
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in fast food/café kitchen operations.
