We are seeking an experienced Senior Investment Analyst to lead investment research, financial analysis, valuation, feasibility studies, and the preparation of world-class investment presentations for strategic decision-making.
Position Overview
The Senior Investment Analyst will evaluate domestic and international investment opportunities, conduct financial and commercial due diligence, prepare financial models, and develop executive-level presentations for investors, partners, banks, and internal leadership.
The successful candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent business judgment, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to transform complex information into compelling investment recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Analysis
· Evaluate investment opportunities across multiple industries and geographies.
· Analyze business models, financial performance, operational strengths, and competitive positioning.
· Prepare detailed investment memorandums.
· Conduct SWOT and strategic analysis.
· Identify key investment risks and mitigation strategies.
· Prepare investment recommendations for senior management.
Financial Analysis & Valuation
· Analyze audited financial statements.
· Build detailed financial models from scratch.
· Prepare revenue and cost projections.
· Conduct DCF valuation.
· Comparable company analysis.
· Precedent transaction analysis.
· Enterprise value and equity valuation.
· IRR, NPV, ROI and payback analysis.
· Scenario and sensitivity analysis.
· Break-even analysis.
· Cash flow forecasting.
· Working capital analysis.
Commercial Due Diligence
· Review legal, operational and commercial aspects of businesses.
· Evaluate promoter background and governance practices.
· Analyze customer concentration and revenue quality.
· Assess scalability and future growth opportunities.
· Benchmark businesses against industry peers.
Market Research
· Industry research.
· Market sizing and growth analysis.
· Competitor benchmarking.
· Country risk analysis.
· Economic trend analysis.

Presentation Development
Prepare executive-level presentations including:

· Prepare strategic reports for management.

Compensation
