We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to support client acquisition and business growth by connecting with brands, founders, and marketing teams.
This role is ideal for candidates with internship experience or up to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Recruitment, Marketing, or Client Servicing.
What You'll Do
- Research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, and online research.
- Reach out to prospective clients and schedule meetings.
- Follow up with leads and build professional relationships.
- Maintain lead databases and CRM records.
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and client onboarding.
- Work closely with the leadership team to support business growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Internship or up to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, Client Acquisition, or Client Servicing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, and professional networking.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Preferred
- Experience with lead generation or outbound client outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Experience in an agency, digital marketing company, recruitment firm, or service-based business is a plus.
