Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations, optimization, and performance of UniPin’s products, payment channels, and promotional campaigns. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor product, payment, and campaign performance on a daily basis.
· Configure and maintain product catalogs, pricing, cashback offers, and promotional campaigns.
· Coordinate product launches, feature rollouts, and operational activities.
· Analyze transaction trends, user behavior, and campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
· Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, and Technology teams to resolve operational issues.
· Investigate transaction failures and customer-impacting incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
· Prepare operational reports and dashboards for management review.
· Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
· Maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in Product Operations, E-commerce, Digital Payments, Gaming, or a related industry.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
