SMARKMINDS is a fast-growing B2B demand generation and marketing company that helps global clients generate high-quality leads through data-driven outreach and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns. We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Recruiter to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support roles.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and publish job postings across multiple platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in HR are also encouraged to apply.
