About the Role
KneeXpert is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic ERPNext / Frappe Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for customizing, developing, maintaining, and supporting ERPNext solutions based on business requirements.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience with ERPNext, Frappe Framework, Python, JavaScript, and database management, along with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize and maintain ERPNext according to business requirements.
- Create and modify DocTypes, forms, fields, workflows, reports, and print formats.
- Develop and manage Client Scripts and Server Scripts.
- Develop custom functionalities using Python and JavaScript.
- Create custom reports, dashboards, and business-specific solutions.
- Integrate ERPNext with other applications using REST APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERPNext and Frappe-related issues.
- Manage database-related tasks using MariaDB/MySQL.
- Assist with ERPNext upgrades, maintenance, and system improvements.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into ERPNext solutions.
- Provide technical support and training assistance to ERPNext users.
- Test and validate new features and customizations before deployment.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in ERPNext/Frappe development.
- Good knowledge of ERPNext and Frappe Framework.
- Strong understanding of Python.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL.
- Understanding of REST APIs and integrations.
- Knowledge of Git/version control is an advantage.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with strong practical ERPNext/Frappe development experience may also be considered.
