Executive Assistant to Director

About the Role
MIFPL is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to the Director to provide administrative and coordination support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate domestic travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Handle emails, correspondence, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and MIS reports.
- Take meeting notes and track action items to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential business and personal information with professionalism.
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Support day-to-day office coordination and executive requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Executive, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
