Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our Thane office and lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution.
The ideal candidate should be confident in managing clients from the first interaction through design development and project execution. This role requires a strong blend of design expertise, client relationship management, presentations, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements, lifestyle needs, budget, and project goals
- Conduct initial client meetings and requirement discussions
- Review floor plans and create design concepts based on client needs
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, layouts, and material selections
- Present concepts and design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback
- Conduct site visits for measurements, design discussions, and execution review
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, vendors, and contractors during execution
- Ensure the approved design intent is maintained through execution
- Guide clients through design decisions related to finishes, materials, furniture, and décor
- Manage project timelines and multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Work closely with the internal design and execution teams to ensure timely project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interiors
- Experience independently handling clients and projects from concept to handover
- Strong experience in client presentations and requirement gathering
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, and execution details
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of site execution and coordination
Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max / V-Ray
- Photoshop / Adobe Suite
Preferred Skills
- Experience in modular residential interiors preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
- Experience in Mumbai/Thane market preferred
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
