Job Description
We are looking for a motivated customer / technical support executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
Requirements
- Graduate in computer science, IT, sales, or a related field.
- Good understanding of Windows, basic networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in rotational day and night shifts, with shifts changing monthly.
- Dedicated, responsible, and innovative approach to work.
